Therapeutic massage combines several different massage modalities and techniques. The therapist will gauge your needs then apply the modality necessary for the most beneficial session using several strokes including swedish and myofascial techniques. Our goal with therapeutic massage is to be therapeutic and work out your muscle tension to relieve aches and pains, but with less pressure than a deep tissue session.
CBD Massage will bring you to your maximum relaxation level. CBD promotes faster healing and can naturally loosen muscles to reduce pain & inflammation.
In session, we use a combination of our private label highest quality American Hemp salve and tincture. CBD (or cannabidiol) contains NO THC and will not alter state of mind, it is strictly medicinal.
Deep tissue massage focuses on the deeper layers of thick muscle tissue to unstick the fibers of the muscles and release both toxins and deeply held tension points. Your therapist utilizes both trigger point therapy & sports massage techniques during session and you'll find that your body will continue to respond and release for a few days following treatment.
Carrying a baby changes your center of gravity and puts stress on your back, neck, abdominals, and shoulders. Pregnancy relaxes ligaments making pelvic joints less stable and changes posture. Prenatal therapists know where to find the sore spots yet also know how to safely avoid areas which are contraindicated during pregnancy. We use a cushion designed for lying face down, yes, on your stomach! We can also accomodate a side-line position if preferred.
Optimize your massage experience with essential oil which can increase relaxation and enhance your overall massage experience. Essential Oils have been around as remedies for thousands of years. Your mind-body wellness will be enhanced with use of these amazing therapeutic oils.

Specially designed Hot Stones lathered in jojoba oil will be incorporated and used in intervals on and off during your session. Heat from the stones penetrates directly to the deeper layers of muscle tissue which can be extremely relaxing and effective in releasing tension while promoting a positive sense of comfort and well-being.
CranioSacral therapy is a holistic healing practice that uses very light touching to balance the craniosacral system in the body. The system includes the bones, nerves, fluids, and connective tissues of the cranium, the spinal area, and the sacrum - which are connected by a continuous membrane of connective tissue deep inside the body, called the dura mater. Cerebral spinal fluid rises and falls within the compartment of the dura mater, known as the CranioSacral Rhythm (CSR). CranioSacral therapist uses gentle touch to balance the flow of the CSR. Once the cerebrospinal fluid moves freely, the body's natural healing response can function. During a CranioSacral session, we use Lavender Essential Oil to enhance your relaxation and results.
Reflexology can be done on feet, hands, face & ears. Our session is focused on just your feet. Foot Reflexology is a non-invasive way to work the entire body through your feet. It brings your body into balance through nerve endings and reflex points in the feet. It's a wonderful alternative to massage for those who may not be comfortable with touch. Reflexology can feel both stimulating and relaxing. Hot Towels and Peppermint Aloe Foot Balm are used as an added bonus for this treatment.
The main function of the lymphatic system is detoxification. A lymphatic session starts with resisted expansion of the rib cage, followed by circular motions on the neck, then pumping action on naval area where the biggest lymphatic vessels including the cisterna chyli are. We then move on to armpits, arms, legs and back focusing on lymph nodes and opening valves to allow accumulated lymph fluid to drain through proper channels. Dry Brushing and Grapefruit Essential Oil are incorporated into this session as a bonus in achieving optimal results. This session is designed with particular focus on the lymph system and is not considered your typical "massage".
Coconut Oil Scalp Massage combines the intoxicating smell of coconut with an amazing scalp massage, reaping the profound benefits of coconut oil, which helps overall hair and scalp health. We first work the oil into your scalp and then through the ends of your hair and then massage your scalp for 20 intoxicating minutes of heaven. Can be booked as both an add-on or as a stand-alone session. Works best when added to a massage as we will have time to wrap your head with a towel and let your hair soak up the oil while utilizing the heat that emits from your scalp.

Add-on selection. Adds 5-minutes to your session time. Dry Brushing is done with gentle strokes towards the heart to help circulation and lymphatic fluid flow. Running a firm, natural bristled brush over the skin also helps loosen and remove dead skin cells, naturally exfoliating skin and stimulating new healthy skin. Dry brushing can detox, reduce cellulite, improve skin conditions, stimulate hormones and oil producing glands for youthful, glowing skin. It also aids in digestion and kidney function by stimulating "dumping systems" creating less work for your digestive system and kidneys when they filter out the junk later down the line.
